This old Spanish small village is one of the few places at the coast between Marbella and Gibraltar which could keep his character despite the rising tourism. Close to Estepona you will find the safari park SELWO where you can observe animals in the nature. From Estepona you can reach most areas with the public bus car if you do not want to hire a car. The weather in Estepona is marked by sun and the Costa Del Sol is one of the warmest areas of Europe. The temperatures are 5-10 degrees Celsius higher on the average than in Germany. Also in summer the warmth is tolerable by a sea breeze and even in winter time you can sometimes wear a T-Shirt if it is sunny.
